All of the above Prices INCLUDE Florida Sales and Tourism Tax.
We accept payment by US Check and UK or Euro Cheque. We also accept payments made by
Credit Card from any country or currency.
When you have decided to stay in our rental home, we will require a Booking
Deposit within 3 days of confirmation, amounting to £200 / $or
300 per week.
A Security Deposit of £200 / $or 300 is payable with your balance 10
weeks prior to your vacation and is fully refundable after your stay, subject to
our Management Companies satisfactory inspection of the Home.
Should you require Pool Heat, this is available at an additional charge
of £15, $25 or Euro20 per day, with a minimum charge period of 4 days. This is
recommended during the winter months (October - March).
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge. Additional
mid-stay cleans can also be arranged. Daily cleaning / maid services are
available if required (quote on request).
Are you tax exempt ?
If you can provide us with a copy of your current / valid Florida tax exemption certificate, we will deduct the
Florida Sales tax of 7% from the above prices.
(Church groups, Schools, etc. are likely to have these, which we are happy to accept)
