Crescent Lakes is a beautiful quiet development, with a mixture of residential and rental properties.
It is located just off Poincianna Boulevard, on which there are a number of sub-divisions, or estates,
each containing around 60 to 100 properties.
Our homes are situated on one of these sub-divisions, which is approx. 2
miles south of Highway 17/92 and close to Highway 192.
It is less than 10 minutes from the 192 and Kissimmee, with all its' shops and restaurants.

This convenient location is also only 15-20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal
Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World & the famous International Drive.
There are 3 Walmart Shopping centers within a 10 minute drive of Crescent Lakes. Other shopping, in and around Orlando,

Crescent Lakes has the best of both worlds in Orlando - close to all the major Theme Parks, and
yet it has the privacy you desire for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The majority of homes on Crescent Lakes are built on larger than average plots,
many with conservation views or backing onto the number of interwoven lakes on the sub-divisions.
For those of you who enjoy nature, there is a beautiful conservation area just a few minutes away.
This includes nature walks, where you can see exotic wildlife,

Within Crescent Lakes, there are two parks for the children to enjoy - one aimed at the younger
children and another with a basketball court for the older ones.
